Why The Nels Agency
We are a husband and wife team with more than 30 years of Personal Lines insurance experience. Our goal is to build the proper coverage around our clients specific needs and not take a one size fits all approach. We are not the stereotypical insurance agents and try to make insurance a more enjoyable process. Insurance can be very confusing and a big part of our job is educating the client on the coverages they currently have and where they may need more to fill in the gaps.
People often ask us “who is Nels”? Tracy’s fathers middle name was Nels. It is a Scandinavian name that means “victory of the people”. He passed away years ago so in honor of him we chose The Nels Agency to carry on the legacy. Which of course is our tagline “A legacy of protection”.
